ATSAS (All That Small Angle Scattering) is a software program for analyzing small-angle scattering (SAXS/SANS) data. It is especially focused on BioSAXS (biological macromolecules, etc.).

The software can perform:

  • Guinier analysis: Determination of radius of gyration (Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle \scriptstyle R_g } ) from low-q data.
  • Kratky analysis: Determination of conformation/shape from q-scaling.
