Beamlines
NSLS-II beamlines are currently under development. A complete list of the ~36 beamlines under development can be found here (map here). The following lists a few of the beamlines that are most relevant to the GISAXS and soft-matter scattering communities:
- Coherent Hard X-ray Scattering, CHX (11-ID): Unprecedented coherent flux for measurements of nanoscale dynamics.
- Complex Materials Scattering, CMS (11-BM): Efficient SAXS/WAXS and GISAXS/GIWAXS experiments on complex soft-matter systems.
- Soft Matter Interfaces, SMI (12-ID): High-flux and high-performance grazing-incidence experiments (GISAXS/GIWAXS); optimized for tender x-ray resonant scattering experiments on soft-matter systems.
- High Brilliance X-ray Scattering for Life Sciences, LiX (16-ID): Transmission and grazing-incidence scattering (small and wide-angle) for life-science materials.
