ATSAS (All That Small Angle Scattering) is a software program for analyzing small-angle scattering (SAXS/SANS) data. It is especially focused on BioSAXS (biological macromolecules, etc.).
The software can perform:
- Guinier analysis: Determination of radius of gyration () from low-q data.
- Kratky analysis: Determination of conformation/shape from q-scaling.
